Do you accept returns? Yes. We accept the return of full priced item within 10 days of the arrival of your order. To get your return started please click the link above.

Where do I send my return? An address will be provided to you upon return authorization by email.

What is the cost of the return? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This will take place at the post office of your choice after you initiate your return with us.

Is there tracking? It is recommended that you purchase a tracking number for your package to prevent any loss. We are not responsible for any shipping & handling problems or delays. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.

How do I know you received my return? Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a 14 business days. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process this.

Do you offer exchanges? No. You will return your item(s) back to us. We refund your money. You can then place a new order at your convenience. We cannot guarantee any item will be in stock at the time of your new order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed/unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must have original tags still attached. If we receive merchandise that does not follow the return guideline your return will be deemed invalid and the merchandise will only be shipped back to you upon your purchase of shipping.
